UserAlertX Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 10, 2026

UserAlertX is a personal SMS alert service operated by Xpandable Technology Lab LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use UserAlertX and how we use it.

What we collect

• The mobile phone number you verify and opt in with.
• The email address you sign up with.
• Timestamp, IP address, and the exact consent language shown to you at the time you opt in (required for SMS compliance records).
• The content of messages sent through your account (for delivery and support purposes only).
• Basic usage data: message counts, delivery status, account status.

How we use it

Solely to operate the service: verifying your identity, sending the event alerts your own connected automations trigger, enforcing opt-in/ opt-out status, and billing. Your verified phone number is never used to message anyone other than you.

What we don't do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, email, or message content with third parties for marketing purposes.
• We do not use your data to send you marketing texts. UserAlertX is opt-in event notifications only.
• Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Data sharing

We share data only with the vendors required to deliver the service itself: our SMS carrier/gateway provider (Twilio) to send and receive text messages, and standard infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery). These vendors are bound to use your data only to provide that service to us.

Your controls

• Reply STOP (or N) to any UserAlertX text to immediately opt out of all further messages.
• Reply PAUSE (or P) to temporarily pause alerts.
• Reply HELP for support, or email jcl@usfamily.net.
• You can request deletion of your account data by emailing the support address above.

Data retention

We retain account and message records for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterward as needed for support, billing, and consent-record compliance requirements.
