UserAlertX Terms of Service & SMS Program Terms

The service

UserAlertX, operated by Xpandable Technology Lab LLC, sends text-message event notifications exclusively to the mobile number verified and opted-in by the account holder who signed up. There is no directory, no bulk list, no marketing content, and no ability to message anyone other than the verified account owner.

SMS Program Terms

By checking the consent box at signup, you agree to receive personal event-alert text messages from UserAlertX at the mobile number you provide.
Message frequency varies based on the events you configure — typically a few messages per week.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or N at any time to immediately stop all messages.
Reply START, YES, UNSTOP, or Y to opt in or resume.
Reply P to pause messages until you send Y again.
Reply S to flag the last message as spam — this automatically pauses your account until you send Y.

Carriers

Supported carriers include major US and Canadian mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

UserAlertX is for personal account notifications only — job completions, monitoring alerts, price thresholds, and similar event-driven alerts you configure through your own connected automations. UserAlertX is not for spam or marketing. It may not be used for marketing, advertising, promotional messaging, bulk messaging, or spam of any kind, or for messaging any number other than your own verified number. This restriction is enforced technically: the platform cannot send SMS to any number other than the verified, opted-in account owner.

Account & billing

Accounts are billed according to the plan you select at signup. Continued use of the service after a plan or price change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Accounts may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, or repeated spam reports.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
